See the "Preorder" button? That's your cue for products you can reserve in advance. Each product's anticipated delivery date is shown on its page and again at checkout. Please note your card gets charged straight away for preorders. And when those items are on their way, expect a shipping notice with all the tracking info. The following shipping costs and services pertain to all dispatched preorders.

United States 

Georges Briard offers International Express shipping via DHL Express or UPS International to addresses within the United States. Orders are expedited (2-3 business days) and require signature upon delivery. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours and are shipped from the European Union (their place of manufacture). We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please note once an order is placed it is not able to be amended.

Shipping is complimentary on all orders. A signature will be required upon delivery. Georges Briard utilizes services by DHL Express and UPS International.

Europe Union

Items shipping to addresses within the European Union (to include Switzerland, Norway, Lichtenstein) are delivered via DHL Express (1-4 business days) and require signature upon delivery. VAT is included in the total price of the item. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. Once an order is placed it is not able to be amended. Please contact us for additional support.

The Netherlands 

Items shipping to addresses within the Netherlands are delivered via DHL Express or PostNL (1-2 business days). You may select the desired service upon check out. VAT is included in the total price of the item. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. Once an order is placed it is not able to be amended. Please contact us for additional support. 

Shipping is complimentary on all orders. A signature will be required upon delivery. 

PostNL within the Netherlands is complimentary and includes the standard PostNL assurances.

Items are eligible for return provided that they are returned within 14 days of the item's original ship date in new, unused, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original materials included. 

To initiate a return, please contact us and we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions within 24-48 hours. 

Following acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Please allow up to 7-14 business days for your return to be processed.
